Appointments are flexible and usually available as soon as the day you call (or the next). You won't have someone coming to fix your computer who hasn't had years of experience already or someone trying to hook up your entertainment system who doesn't understand the difference bewteen an HDMI and a DVI cable (don't know yourself?
